Profile

How do I create a user profile?
Register here with your email address.
I have forgotten my login data. What can I do now?
If you have forgotten your password, just click here. Alternatively, you can click "Forgot your password" when logging into the website. By entering your email address, you can have a new password sent to you.
How can I change my personal data?
If you are logged in on the website, you can edit your own data in the profile area.
How can I log out / log off?
Click on your profile at the top right and log out via "Logout". You will only be logged out on the specific device. If you use your account from different devices, you will still be logged in on the others.
How to delete my data?
If you want to delete your data, you need to delete your profile. If you are logged in to the website, you can delete your profile in the profile section. You can find this option at the bottom of the profile page.
What happens to my personal data after I delete my profile?
Your personal data will be removed after you delete your profile.

How can I pay in NEW YORKER stores?
In our stores, you can pay using the following methods: cash, debit and credit cards, as well as gift vouchers.

Purchases on account, installment payments, or the use of third-party payment service providers are not possible.

What is the product section?
In the product section, you can view the complete NEW YORKER collection online. You can get inspired by trendy combination options and create a list of your favorites, which we recommend you to use it as a shopping list in your next visit!
Are all items in the product section also available in my store?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that all the products shown will be available in all NEW YORKER stores. We reserve the right to make changes, just as delayed delivery times and sold out items may occur.
How to order online?
Ordering our clothes online is not possible. Shopping for us means going to the stores, meeting with friends and strolling through the city together. For us, this is what creates a great shopping experience in the first place. Our heart has always beaten for the instore experience, which we want to support even more. We ask for your understanding and look forward to seeing you in our stores!
What can I use the favorites function for?
The favorites function makes it easier for you to shop in our stores. Browse through our products before your visit and mark your favorite items so that you can view them clearly and find them more easily in the store.
How do I find the items I'm looking for?
You can search for items in our product section by using our filter on the left-hand side. You can filter between women, men, categories, brands, and colors. This way you can easily find the products you are looking for.
What sizes do you carry in your collection?
Women

Tops: Size XXS-XXL / 32-42

Bottoms: Size XXS-XXL / 24-33

Men

Tops: XS-XXL

Bottoms: Waist 26-38, Length 30, 32, 34

How long can I exchange my items?
You can exchange your purchased items 14 days from the date of purchase in any store of the country in which the purchase has been made. Reduced items are included.
What to consider when returning a product?
Please make sure the product is in original condition (unworn), all tags are attached and that you can show your receipt. Products in sealed outer packaging (socks, tights, accessories, adhesive bras and pads) can only be exchanged in said packaging (unopened). This also applies to sealed underwear multipacks (briefs). All other products of the category "underwear" (briefs, bras, bralettes, corsets, bodies, suspenders) are excluded from our general return policy for hygienic reasons. Swimwear is completely excluded from exchange.

We offer flexible exchange options for our customers. You can exchange your item for a different product of your choice or opt to receive a voucher equivalent to the item's value. The voucher can be used for any future purchases in our store.

Complaint

What can I do in case of a defective item?
In case of a defective item you have the right to file a complaint. Please come back to our store and bring your receipt with you. Our store managers will take care of your request. To find your nearest store, click here: https://www.newyorker.de/stores/

Gift Cards/Vouchers

Where can I purchase NEW YORKER vouchers?
You can purchase NEW YORKER gift cards at any of our stores.
How long are the vouchers valid?
Unless an expiration date is stated on the gift card, you can redeem your NEW YORKER gift card indefinitely.
Where can I redeem the gift cards?
Regardless of the currency, you can redeem your NEW YORKER voucher in any shop in any EU country, provided it was purchased in an EU country.
Can lost vouchers be replaced?
Unfortunately, vouchers can no longer be redeemed if they are lost or stolen. Therefore, we suggest to be especially careful. From there you have to show the original voucher in advance to redeem it.
